No project is too small or big. I'll work with you to determine the scope and give you a no-commitment estimate of the time and cost.

I will usually get back to you in a day to setup a FREE 30 minute scoping call. If it is something I can do, we'll sign a one-page agreement/NDA and the work can begin. Depending on the details, the work usually starts within 3 business days. We'll likely go through a couple of rounds of testing. I'll tackle projects with as little as 4 hours of billable time but my average project takes about 10 hours to complete the cycle. Unless agreed to otherwise, you'll receive a bill once the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Yes, all work is gauranteed to be free of bugs. For any templates I develop, I'll even do minor enhancements you may discover you want later. I don't bill you for any time less than 30 minutes.

Documentation is covered in the scoping step. Most clients only ask for a basic list of steps to be included in the Excel workbook. However, some clients have asked for more. I have full capabilities of developing PDF and video documentation. It's your call.

I'm a professional with years of finance and accounting knowledge and experience developing advanced Excel-VBA models for others who are trying to streamline a finance process or deal with some other complex issues with their own Excel models. Unfortunately, I can't look at your Excel files until we have a signed NDA and engagement agreement. However, you can send me screenshots or PDF printouts. I will use a copy of your file to build and test the enhancements. Once it's working, we'll schedule a cut-over date/time so I can migrate to your active file. This usually takes about 1 hour to migrate the changes.
